Fred Passkiewicz2026-08-01I had a leak suddenly start on a 6 yr old roof during some recent heavy rains. Steve responded to my call and came out the same day to inspect the roof “while it was still raining”. He got soaked in the process but was able to diagnose the source of the leak and perform a quick fix to stop it. He then came back a few days later while the roof was warm and dry to make a more permanent fix. Kudos to Steve for going above and beyond that day. His quick response and fix stopped the water from coming into my house. I will certainly call him again for any roofing needs I might have in the future.Posted on Google

Karen2026-07-01Recently needed some roof repairs because a few spots were leaking during rain storms. I called several roofing companies and they were only focused on replacing the entire roof. Didn’t even want to entertain the idea of fixing. I recvd several quotes which all were well over $8k for a small condo roof. I happen to see a yard sign for Skyview Roofing and thought what the heck let me give them a call and maybe get lucky. Boy, did I. Robert came out the next day after I called him on Friday and listened to what I had to say and then went up to check the roof. He said he could def repair, didn’t think I needed full roof replacement at this time. Gave me a quote for $800 and was here Monday to repair. E H.2026-06-04I had a small leak come through my ceiling, and was worried about what it would take to get this looked at and fixed I called Northline and they had someone come out fairly quickly to look at my roof, provided estimates, and schedule someone to come out and fix it. Ryan came and did a great job explaining the process. Max came out and took a look at my roof, which was still fairly new, and deduced that it’s a simple fix rather than the original estimates. One call later, Northline reduced the total for the fix and he was out the door after less than hour! Their team removed our old gutter system, washed, repaired, and painted the fascia and soffits, installed a new roof, and added a new 6" gutter system with gutter guards. The owner was instrumental in getting everything scheduled quickly and keeping the project on track, even with weather delays. Communication was excellent from start to finish—we always knew what was happening and when. The workmanship was top‑notch. The crew took great care with cleanup as they worked, including thoroughly collecting nails and screws. Other than the unavoidable rain delay, there were no surprises and no exceptions. Of all the companies we spoke with, Skyview was the only one willing to do the repairs on the metal roof in addition to replacing the architectural shingles on the rest of the house. The crew did a great job and work was completed in a timely manner; as well as, the cleanup afterwards. Sean Gerard2026-02-24We have had two wonderful experiences with Skyview Roofing. The first was immediately after Hurricane Florence when we lost shingles off a large portion of our roof. Skyview went neighborhood to neighborhood helping patch and tarp roofs and were able to keep our home safe while we waited for an insurance claim. Our insurance did not cover a new roof at the time (too many claims) which led to our second call to Skyview. After a recent windstorm, we lost several other shingles and our insurance decided this time to replace the roof. Skyview was able to show them how necessary it was to avoid any future claims. The first representative Derek was very communicative and from there after speaking with Steve Gaul the owner he also was genuine, helpful and to the point. Each person I talked with in this company was informative and professional yet likable. Bryan Murphy was very helpful with explaining the process once I chose Skyview to replace the roof. He then came out with shingles samples and was genuinely helping decide which type and color. All of the team including Lex the business secretary were straight to the point, willing to answer any and all my questions. Bryan also was especially helpful and reassuring/checking on all aspects of the job as the roof was being installed. He was quick to get on the roof to see and check what needed to be done. The guys that took off the old roof and installed the new one picked up all the debris around the home and were very fast and courteous. It was done in a half a day! He removed all of the old flashing around my chimney and completely rebuilt it and sealed it. Looks much better than before. He then ripped out three places on the roof where some of the plywood beneath the shingles was water damaged and need replacing. He installed new ice and water shield in those areas an re-shingled the area. Derek took down an old satellite dish that was long past any service contract. He sealed all of the penetration's from any hardware used to secure the dish to the roof and hauled the old unit away. He replaced a lot of various flashing around the roof and only adjusted the flashing in other areas. Sealed all the exposed nails on the entire roof. Where there were any vents on the roof for sewer gases, ventilations form the range, bathroom ventilation fans, attic venting fans: He completely removed them, shingles and all, then he installed new ice and water shield, replaced the flashing, re-shingled them, and completely sealed around each vent. Derek worked from the time he arrived until he put his ladder back on the truck. He even went around and blew off my driveway and my deck. Really, beyond what was quoted. He was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and didn't leave anything behind. I couldn't have had a better experience with a roofer. I would hire Skyview Roofing again without hesitation. I contacted skyview (Bryan Murphy) to come out and give me an estimate, Bryan came out, looked at everything, and worked me up a detailed quote. There was not many questions on my end as he covered just about everything on the initial quote... Once we were able to schedule the repair, the crew was prompt in their response as well as professional. Once the crew started, Bryan came out and touched base to make sure everything was going as planned. He did not just quote the job and bail. I'm sure there were plenty of other jobs he could have been quoting, but making sure the customer was satisfied seemed to be the priority. I would definitely recommend SkyView (and Bryan). The fellow who sold us on using Skyview was totally prepared and professional - no high pressure. Their price was lower than any of the other contractors we spoke with. And their crew was phenomenal! Our roof required something like 42 squares, so an average sized job - our house is about 2,400 square feet. The crew arrived just before 8am. To protect foundation plantings, they put up tarps that ran from the eaves to the yard. They removed the old roof and installed the new and cleaned up - you would never have known they were there! And they were finished by 6pm - so, 10 hours in all. I cannot say enough about this company and their workers. Their lead man was prepared, was professional and had everything on hand to demonstrate what we'd be getting and the details of their installation process and warranty. Because roofing is weather-dependent, Skyview was terrific in terms of keeping us informed at every step of the way. The job required something like 42 squares, with a roof of many peaks and valleys - not a trivial job. But the best part was the actual installation. The crew arrived just before 8am. Seven of the nicest and hardest-working men I've encountered. They set to work at once, first by affixing tarps from the eaves to the ground in order to protect the plantings around our house. Next, they removed the existing asphalt shingles and replaced one piece of underlayment that they found had rotted. Then they started installing the new shingles. They had to temporarily remove a DirecTV antenna and work around a set of lightning rods. Later in the day, they replaced the DirecTV antenna and the DirecTV technician who came by two days later to make sure that things were working properly said that he'd never seen an antenna repositioned so perfectly. It needed no adjustments whatever! And the crew was finished by 6pm! One very full day and they had completely removed the old roof and installed a new one. He made a roof inspection and although there was no storm damage present, he did find some loose shingles exposing the bare plywood on the roof. He showed the pictures he had taken while on the roof and pointed it out from the groud. He made the repairs while on site and didn't charge anything! Upon arrival he inspected the roof and when done told my wife and I that we had some real bad hail damage and that our homeowners policy would most likely cover it. He(Chris the owner of the company) took many pictures and when he showed them to us we couldn't believe the amount of damage that was done. He told us that he would submit the pictures and all of the other documentation needed, and would contact us as soon as he heard from the insurance company. Speed ahead five days and we get the call that all of the work was approved and that if it was OK with us he could start in three days. We went with that and the rest is history. The work was professionally done and all removal of debris was cleaned up daily and put into the dumpster that they made arrangements for. They did find one damaged area and promptly repaired it. Everything else went off without a hitch.
