I had a leak suddenly start on a 6 yr old roof during some recent heavy rains.  Steve responded to my call and came out the same day to inspect the roof “while it was still raining”.  He got soaked in the process but was able to diagnose the source of the leak and perform a quick fix to stop it.  He then came back a few days later while the roof was warm and dry to make a more permanent fix.   Kudos to Steve for going above and beyond that day. Recently needed some roof repairs because a few spots were leaking during rain storms.  I called several roofing companies and they were only focused on replacing the entire roof.  Didn’t even want to entertain the idea of fixing.  I recvd several quotes which all were well over $8k for a small condo roof.  I happen to see a yard sign for Skyview Roofing and thought what the heck let me give them a call and maybe get lucky.  Boy, did I.  Robert came out the next day after I called him on Friday and listened to what I had to say and then went up to check the roof.  He said he could def repair, didn’t think I needed full roof replacement at this time.  Gave me a quote for $800 and was here Monday to repair. I had a small leak come through my ceiling, and was worried about what it would take to get this looked at and fixed I called Northline and they had someone come out fairly quickly to look at my roof, provided estimates, and schedule someone to come out and fix it. Ryan came and did a great job explaining the process. Max came out and took a look at my roof, which was still fairly new, and deduced that it’s a simple fix rather than the original estimates. One call later, Northline reduced the total for the fix and he was out the door after less than hour! Excellent company to work with.  They give a quote and when the job was done the quoted amount was the end bill.  They have a showroom site at all times to coordinate with customer through the work say.  The roof is put on ans off in one day.  The workers who do the work are politle, consider, and help full to the owners needs as they work. Skyview Roofing did an outstanding job on our home. Their team removed our old gutter system, washed, repaired, and painted the fascia and soffits, installed a new roof, and added a new 6" gutter system with gutter guards. The owner was instrumental in getting everything scheduled quickly and keeping the project on track, even with weather delays. Communication was excellent from start to finish—we always knew what was happening and when. The workmanship was top‑notch. The crew took great care with cleanup as they worked, including thoroughly collecting nails and screws. Other than the unavoidable rain delay, there were no surprises and no exceptions. Sky View Roofing did an excellent job on reroofing my house after it had hurricane roof damaged.  They reroofed the house and my large shed in one day.    They left the yard neat and free of nails and degree.  The work together as an organized team, I was very impressed with their work compared to other roofers my neighbors used. Steve came to our home to search for the causes for leaks during last fall hurricane.  Out of 4 contractors he was only one with ladders and a drone. Great experience with Skyview this week.  I experienced some roof damage that resulted water inside of the house.  I discovered it Sunday night and contacted Skyview via theuir website.  Steve at Skyview first contacted me before 7:00 AM on Monday and scheduled Derrick to complete the repair, which he did, complete with pics before, during, and after the repair.
